I help ensure your voice is heard, your child’s rights are protected, and the school team is working collaboratively to ensure your child gets what is needed to thrive. I attend as a collaborative support person—not a legal representative—and help ensure your child’s needs stay at the center of the conversation.

Consultation: 30min Free — BOOK HERE

Hourly: $115/hour — Meeting prep, attendance, and follow-up billed in 15-min increments — BOOK HERE

Advocacy Essentials Bundle: $475 flat — Combine strategy and support for key IEP milestones. Includes full IEP Review with written notes, 60-minute strategy session, prep call + virtual attendance at one IEP meeting, post-meeting debrief and follow-up notes.

IEP Goal Rewrite Add-On: $120 for 3 goals with SMART formatting and benchmark tracking language. Multiple options provided for each goal and benchmark for parent customization. (Available after Booking one of the other options)

Behavior Plan or FBA Review Add-On– $95: Deep dive into a student’s behavior support documents with notes on what’s missing or unclear, and suggested questions to raise. (Available after Booking one of the other options)

3 Month Plan: $1,150 for 3 months — Covers prep and participation in up to 7 meetings, with wraparound support and email check-ins.

While most services are virtual, some families benefit from in-person support during high-stakes IEP meetings. In-person availability is limited and subject to scheduling constraints. Add-on cost is per meeting.

🔹 Extended Travel – $150 Add-On - Includes any remaining Norfolk, Bristol, Worcester, Middlesex, Suffolk, Essex and Plymouth Co. towns. May include some Barnstable County towns. Availability very limited.

🔹 Long-Distance – Custom Quote — For clients west of Worcester County, in Barnstable & Dukes County, out of state, or otherwise requiring significant travel. Custom pricing starts at $350–$500, depending on location and whether overnight travel is required. Virtual support is strongly encouraged for these areas unless bundled in a 3-Month Plan or special contract.

We’ll review your child's IEP or 504 Plan in detail, identifying where services, accommodations, or goals may be missing or misaligned. You’ll receive written feedback and a 1:1 strategy session to help you confidently advocate for your child’s unique needs. I often support with creating notecards, helping parents understand testing results, and preparing talking points for emails or meetings.

Parent Advocacy Prep Toolkit – $75: Email templates, key terms cheat sheet, and printable advocacy checklist.

Testing Summary Sheet Add-On – $90-$160: Plain-language summary of a full neuropsych or school eval to help the family understand and reference it easily at meetings.

From understanding testing results to finding trusted evaluators or assisting you with understanding the process for various request, I provide hands-on support every step of the way. I can connect families with local services, interpret school documents, and help develop long-term advocacy strategies tailored to your child.

Hourly: $90/hour — Support with evaluations, accountability on BSEA timelines, referrals to providers, and system coordination. Does not include joining IEP meetings or communicating with schools.

IEP Navigation & Referral Bundle: $360 flat — 4 hours of flexible case management, including research, outreach to providers regarding eligibility and fit, and family calls. Does not include joining IEP meetings or communicating with schools.

Quarterly Plan: $1,050 for 3 months — Includes up to 12 hours of support, including urgent consults or new evaluation support. Does not include joining IEP meetings or communicating with schools.
