Education Advocacy
-
Feel supported and heard at every IEP meeting. Whether you're attending a team meeting, eligibility discussion, or mediation, I can be there to guide, support, and advocate for your family’s goals. I help ensure your voice is heard, your child’s rights are protected, and the school team is working collaboratively to ensure your child gets what is needed to thrive. I attend as a collaborative support person—not a legal representative—and help ensure your child’s needs stay at the center of the conversation.

Systems Navigation &
Wraparound Support
-
Families of children with complex needs are often left to coordinate everything—IEPs, mental health services, evaluations, transportation, and state supports—on their own. I help you understand what services exist, how to access them, and how to make those systems work together for your child — and I support caregivers in how different services could fit together and what could be requested for, when, and from whom.
This service includes:
Help understanding eligibility (IEPs, 504s, MassHealth, DMH, DDS, CBHI, etc.) and what the alphabet soup means!
Referrals to trusted providers (evaluators, therapists, advocates, attorneys)
Care coordination coaching and family voice support
Guidance on timelines, documents, and application processes
Support navigating transitions (school moves, aging out of services, changes in placement)
Ideal for families new to the system, stuck in the gaps, or unsure of where to go next.
